I bought an item supposedly NWT that arrived used and smelly. The sellers ratings are misleading because this seller appeared to be reputable. Poshmark Support sucks and doesn't respond until after 3 days when the purchase is Auto Accepted in their system even if you don't want it and try to return it. They are unscrupulous and deceitful.
Tip for consumers:
Think twice before buying anything from Poshmark. You'll definitely regret it!
Horrible customer service. They just provide you with incorrect information and are rude too. I haven't even gotten to the quality of the product, and I won't be doing business with this company ever again. So far, I've dealt with Chaimae S, Zakaria M and Stephanie B and all three of them should be fired. I won't be spending my hard-earned money on this overpriced gear ever again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy direct from Mackage or buy the brand from a reputable retailer like Saks, Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom.
