Ordered the Live Pro Camera Challenger. Arrived quickly, but didn't have a user manual. Documentation said the user manual was on their website -- it wasn't. Emailed customer service and it took days before anyone got back to me. Finally, I got a work-in-progress user guide by email. Then to find out that I was doing everything right, the camera just was defective and didn't work.
I have emailed and phoned *******985 with no answer. I guess because I can't get help or even a response, I will have to do a credit card chargeback and buy a different camera.
