I let my son build his own football cleats, he's 15. I said before you order, let me look at it. He built the cleats and then had me look at the order. I noted that the size was for "women's" and I said to my son good thing I had you stop because you have women's size selected. He said what the heck I just changed that! SO then I clicked on it and changed it to "MEN'S" Finished the review and submitted the order. When I got the email verification I noted it said "WOMEN'S!" AAAARG! So I began a many week process of trying to correct it and still I am being sent 11.5 women's which will be of no use to me or my son, every dealing I had with Adidas was boiler plate scripted responses. This for $200 worth of cleats. I will personally NEVER give Adidas my business any more.
