I purchased a Tilley Ultralight T5 Classic on July 5,2023.
Unfortunately the hat has a blue discoloration on both sides of the hat. It is located where the drawstrings go through each of the eyelets.
I contacted Tilley customer service regarding the problem. They suggested I wash the discolored area with toothpaste or isopropyl alcohol.
I replied every time it gets a little wet I have to go through this process to clean it up again.
They replied they don't cover this problem whatsoever. Have had the hat a month and this is what happen with a very expensive hat which I have wanted for sometime.
To others beware of this company, they like to take your money but DO NOT stand behind their product.
