I ordered an item. That I needed for my health condition (terminal cancer). I paid the extra $50.00 for overnight shipping. I asked for a tracking number and the reps. Response was that I would have it by 9 pm that evening. Needless to say the next day came around and I didn't have my order. Instead I get a text message on What's App telling me that the shipping company is asking for extra fees to release my item. (Mind you I already paid $50.00 dollars) to ship a $45.00 item. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

They get your payment then send you a tracking number from a shipper you never heard of. Then they give you a delivery day. And just before the delivery day comes they send you a message from the shipper that it will be 4200.00 for a prescription. But don't worry it's fully refundable. What a scam!

I received my product in about 25 days from my order. I am a satisfied customer! Good communication about status of my order!
