I purchased a XXL Bathing suit top in June 2022. It was way too big. So I returned it in June. The CS rep helped with the label, and said there would be no charge. I mistook it for meaning no charge for an exchange for a size Large as well.
I finally contacted Modlily in August by e mail, regarding my exchange. "May" answered each correspondence within 24hours. I greatly appreciated her diligence to get this issue resolved. I received my bathing suit top yesterday. I really like it.
