I had booked a cleaning service almost two weeks ago. No one showed for the appointment and there was no follow up. I called the operations team all day to check in and confirm the appointment and no one picked up. I spoke to the reception team who booked the appointments and they said they would pass the message along to the operations team to no avail. I then called to complain and someone said they'd pass that message along to management. I e-mailed Richard (the gentleman who booked my appointment) that same day complaining and did not hear back from him. I have left at least 5 voicemails and sent 4 emails since then and there has been absolutely no response from them as to what happened with this service and now me asking for a refund. It seems they are avoiding me. I would like someone to contact me ASAP so I can get a refund. This is completely unprofessional. Do not book with them. Terrible customer service.
