I joined a 7 day trial. Two days later I sent an email as per the site instructions to cancel my subscription. My email to cancel was acknowledged.
3 Days after that, I was charged a full year's subscription even though I had cancelled.
Their response was that they could not offer a full refund once the recurring payment had been taken.
Don't sign on.

We do not charge users without their authorization and permission, if you have a Trial or Subscription on the site, it will renew automatically, you can cancel the renewal at any time so you will not be charged for the next month on the site. You can do it yourself or contact us with such a request and we will do it for you. You did not previously confirm the cancellation of your subscription, therefore your subscription was not cancelled.

We are sorry that you had such a frustrating experience while using our platform but I kindly ask you to refrain from the false accusations. Note that the payments on our platform can be initiated by a user only. We also follow the platform Refund Policy. So the possibility of the refund or refund amount depends on the Terms and Conditions described there.
