DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Thiws customer declined insurance. We shipped immediatley via USPS Prioirty Mail with delivery confirmation. The U.S. Post Office says it was delivered. She protested with her credirt card company and was denied because we have proof of delivery. Read our feedback and decide for yourself. We3 shipped her item, the post office says they delivered it, yet she want's her money back. What would you do? By the way, this customer has called several times; we have always taken her call, listened, and explained that there is nothing we can do since the bag was delivered promptly.
