The overall concept of this site is great. However, after signing up I felt buyer's remorse. First, they advertise that they will send out a phone call to yoir neighbors within. 6 miles of your home. Not true. I downloaded the. Csv file and over half of the addresses were 3+ miles away. I live in a suburban neighborhood so with hundreds of houses. Not one address on the list was in my neighborhood.
Second, their email stated it would take 5 minutes to fax nearby shelters, vet clinic and rescues; 1-2 hours to start phone message; and 1-2 hours to start Facebook ad. 4 hours later I didn't receive any emails.
I called and got a message that no agents are available to take your call. I reach out on messenger... nothing. The next day I receive 3 emails at around 7 pm. I downloaded the list of numbers called and brought to their attention that addresses/numbers on call list were not a mile radius from my house as they advertised. No response.
Last, I realized they have some bot scouring craigslist or something tapping in to people's emotions and posing as a concerned citizen. I know this because i posted about my animal twice and received the same exact message from "Patricia" claiming she used the service, got her animal back and was referred to the service by her vet. While I get that's a sales tactic, and an effective way since people sign up, I think it's shady. Just admit you're a pet finding service rather than pose as a concerned citizen that feels my pain.
On a side note running a Facebook ad for a day only costs about $10. So if you have the time and the knowledge you're better off doing it yourself. At least then you can see the amount of people it reached and whatever other analytics.
Like i said, it has a great concept (although the phone calls should probably be replaced by text since no one answers phone calls anymore). But their customer service is non-existent and their site falsely advertises their services.
