Vill; Top Quality Customer Service
I finally received my parcel from ParPat. I know 2019 was a bizarre year; so I will not go too deep in what was wrong with my parcel! I phoned customer service and was greeted by Vill, customer service representative!
Vill made my day by being professional, kind and understanding. She took care of my problems and helped not only refund me for missing items, I was also refunded for the items that were of wrong size!
Vill made my experience less of a complain and more of being taken care of!
