I ordered my items with nasty gal to be sent to an old address. Once I realized my mistake I immediately went to email them to change the address. I cannot understand why they could not do that. Long story short they told me to collect the parcel. How? Horrible customer service. I need a refund or a new order placed. I'm paying for something I cannot pick up. How can I place a return for something I did not receive? Any other company would have corrected the address or let me cancel.
