Was hired to work at The Secret Garden in Niagara Falls as a sales/cashier person. The owner Shelly turned out to be certifiably nuts! This place is a Family run business. Their Aunt Joan a 70 plus yr old lady showed me how to fold the T shirts into a rectangular shape, so they could fit lots more on the shelves, so ok I folded the T shirts as requested. According to my nut job boss Shelly, even though they were folded the same identical way as Joan had said, according to Shelly they weren't straight enough. Then I tried to put the magnets out as requested, according to Shelly the magnets were wrong, as they all have to be identical, and you cant have any single magnets that are not identical to the group on the magnet holding walls or spinning racks. I once again tried to do the magnets exactly as told but was still told it was wrong. Basically no matter what i did or how well I tried to do it, according to Shelly it was wrong. She sent me a password protected paystub but refused to give me the password for it. So I can't open the paystub.

As a former employee customers need to know that no cleaning or sanitizing happens in this store. Not even in the bathroom or employee work areas. This worries me as with the covid and delta variant out there. I feel we have a responsibility to keep customers and employees safe. I would hate to see anyone get sick be of this. In spite of employees begging the DM Nathan Porter and manager Sarah to fix the issues. The company refuses to do anything. Then there's the issue of Sarah's temper even becoming violent and screaming in the face of employees. Yet it was unprovoked and unnecessary. Management refuses to address this also. We are constantly having costumes returned as pieces are missing from the bags.

I had received a gift card for amazon. So on Aug 23 I ordered some running shoes from Amazon. I put in my new mailing address, as my old address was on file in my amazon account. I paid the seller $125.15 for the shoes. I never received them. I contacted amazon on Sept 1@9am, I spoke to Mahmood an amazon representative, he was not helpful, asked for a manager was transferred to Jane, who said they would contact the seller and get back to me. I heard nothing back at all. On Sept 5 I contacted Amazon again, spoke to Raphael. Went to the bath and body work in st Catharines pen center july 7@11:30am. They had signs up all through the store saying 75% offf. While waiting in line to enter the store their employee told us about the deals. The little pocket hand sanitizer was supposed to be 50 cents each. So I picked up a few. Emily their cashier then tried to charge me 6 for $10 plus taxes. When i tried to object to the price she says " well that's what i thought you wanted". Meanwhile she had never asked me what i wanted. I believe this is false advertising.
