This company is expensive for the products that they sell. The products are fine, I have bought a number of them and given them as gifts. The problem is that they have absolutely terrible customer service for a company with high prices. They have a supposed "rewards" program that was useless for me. Their website did not work, so I could not use the points. I had to write numerous emails in order to get my inquiries about the points answered. I finally got 4 "special codes" to use because their site did not work. I used 2 of the codes, and then they said that the points "expired" before I could use the other 2 "special codes." It was ridiculous. They seemed to purposely take forever to address the issues that I had so that I would never have time to use the supposed "rewards." I think this company will not last. Their products are not good enough to hold up to poor customer service. In any case, why would they be so dismissive about actually providing assistance to a good customer?

Tip for consumers:
They really need to bring up their game on customer service as well as their response time. It's ridiculous that a company with such expensive products is so careless about an important aspect of keeping a client base.

Oils, stones, moisturizers, cleansers, carrying cases, cupping tools etc. etc.
