I feel good for the day after drinking this in the morning and keeps me regular. I have to mix it with something flavored because I can taste the greens over the apple cinnamon flavor. I'm not good at eating vegetables even though I like them so this is a great benefit to my laziness. The fact that you need to refrigerate after opening is a great sign that it's a quality product.
