I sent an email because I had a question about my order. It was well after midnight when I sent the email, and I got an immediate response from Jessica. She provided me with the information I needed to track my remaining items in my order. I love my 32 oz bottle. It has been life changing for me. I'm not a water drinker and this makes it effortless to drink. The straw is the key for me. It fits perfectly in the car cup holder, helps me remain accountable for my hydration goals, and I love the strap. This is a wonderful product and I will purchase again.
