The site design is fine and they have a good selection of lamps. However, the ordering process ( & return process) is a bit of a joke. I ordered lamps in order to stage a house to sell. About a week later, I received an email stating that the lamps vendor was running behind on production and they did not know when my lamps would ship. So, I called the Customer Service number and told them that I would like to cancel my order because I needed lamps within a few days in order to stage my home. The woman told me that she would check to see if they had shipped and, if not, would cancel the order. She said that I would receive a notification via email from her if she was unable to cancel my order. I never received an email, so I assumed the order was cancelled. I went out and purchased other lamps. Then, almost 2 weeks later, I got an email stating that my lamps had shipped and received them the next day. Ug. How annoying! So, I called Customer Service, told them the story and asked how to return the two unopened boxes. They told me that, even though I had called & cancelled before the items shipped, the cancellation had not gone through so I would have to take them to a Fed Ex/UPS location myself and PAY to ship them back! Bad customer service and very, very annoying for me. Would not use this vendor again!
