I love the 3 week diet! I'm already done week 1 and feel so great! I especially love the motivation manual as I have always had problems losing weight and keeping it off due to a negative mindset. I feel like I'm finally able to take hold of my health and wellness in an easy to manage way. I understand so much more now about how our body reacts to different foods and how to treat it with respect and focus on a new me. Such a life changer!
