There is no customer service. I have tried contacting them via multiple social media platform, email and the phone number provided. The phone number says the wait time is 2 minutes, but it just rings and eventually says no agent is available. I am so disappointed in this company. Half of my order did not ship. I think I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company because no one from Paw is getting in contact with me.
