It sucks, because I haven't had any info on why my order hasn't shipped to me.

I've NOT received any contact from their customer service to give me an explanation as to why I have never received my order. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would!

Reason I chose this business:

I thought the clothes looked nice. However, it appears that I wasted my money, since I never received the clothes.

I have found that my Houzz Pro account has given my company a ton of exposure and as a result it has brought us many new clients over the past 7 years that I have had a Houzz Pro account. It is an excellent lead generation resource for a designer and has provided us with a great return on our marketing investment. Houzz is continually up-grading their Pro account services and I highly recommend it!
We also love the ability to save and share inspiration photos in the Ideabooks and our clients love that option, as well.
