They are rude, vulgar, incompetent, and have zero integrity. I had rear brake pads and rotors replaced at mid-town in 2017. In less than 2 years they failed inspection due to rust on the rotors that would normally wear off during driving had they been assembled correctly. This car is driven a minimum of 60 miles to commute to work, and this kind of rust is only seen on cars that sit and have no contact with the pads for long periods of time. I went back to mid-town where the work was performed. They were rude and uncooperative, maintaining that they were in no way at fault, (despite only taking 45 minutes to perform the original job and charging me 2 hours of labor) and unwilling to do anything to rectify the issue. After a heated exchange in which they were belligerent and rude, one of the mechanics followed me outside yelling a long f-word laden tirade which only served to increase the tension in the situation. These "men" we're unprofessional from start to finish and I would avoid having them perform any work on any automobile.

Horrible Customer Service! My furnace is bellowing black smoke because of a nossle they installed (without my permission) incorrectly, after I called them because my house had no heat. The service man Jason, refused to come back and fix the problem because I was not going to pay them for an incompetent job. Now I have no heat, a four-year old son who is sitting next to a space heater and it's 3 degrees outside. There was nothing wrong with my furnace in the first place, Cardinal Glidden did not fill my oil tank like I had asked them too three weeks ago. I ran out of oil and had to call them, thinking I had an issue with my furnace, only to find out they didn't fill my tank and were going to charge me for their mistake.
