After having a yearly membership and barely using it, I unsubscribed, but for whatever reason it didn't submit. Within hours of being automatically charged for another year, I contacted them to explain the situation and that I not only wasn't using the plan (as they can clearly see from their end), I had tried to cancel the subscription because I couldn't afford to renew. I was told that they will not issue a refund, as it's my fault - clearly, but we all make mistakes and being a business owner myself, I know the importance of understanding this and actually caring about and looking after customers! So be aware they are only interested in money, and don't care at all about the customers that generate this money for them...
