I was having issue with my dress. After few emails back and forth, they agree to full refund. Especially I have to mention Veronica. She took over the case, and sincere apology to me, and send me a return form, and agree to have a full refund to me.
So after all, it is not a bad experience with jjshouse.com. I do feel bad after give them a bad review.
