This company took my order and payment Jan 8. They sent out wrong order and when I went to contact message stated they were out for holiday until beginning of Feb. Messaged them that they sent me wrong order packaged under my tracking number. Requested my ordered items. Stated would be in mail. I requested new tracking number. Stated my items were out of stock and asked for my patience. I was told again... that items would be in-stock in a week... I waited 10 days and asked for my tracking number. Again I was asked for my patience. It had been nearly 3 mo Tha since my original order date and no order and no refund. I am out of patience for sure. Just poor customer care all around.
