First I started on another site to buy tickets for an event, should have stopped as soon as I saw it goes to the phone. But it can't be hard right? HA! WRONG.

So first problem I do NOT do email through my phone. Did get fan help how to do it through the website. WHICH of course wants me to install an app. CANNOT install their app onto an iphone6. So that is out.
But did finally find the tickets on my phone by going to ticketmaster.com WANTED TO TRANSFER them to my husbands newer phone. Transfer does not work. Spinning wheel forever. Support is not to be had. Autobot chat, about worthless. I finally found a transfer using my desktop and got them to his phone. Now HE is having fits because his phone wants to send him a code, and as soon as he goes to get the code the page to PUT the code in vanishes. MY GOD DOES ANYONE EVER TEST WEBSITES ON REAL PEOPLE? This has been the most frustrating evening just trying to buy tickets to an event that doesn't even happen for months. Deeply regretting this now. And will NEVER TOUCH TICKETMASTER AGAIN! The venue can sell directly or forget my business. NOT WORTH THIS FRUSTRATION.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER USE TICKETMASTER. Nothing functions. ZERO support. Darn expensive for no service what so ever

Bootcut stretch denim jean size 26T. Catalog shows them at 26.99 and if you order a certain amount you get some free luggage. I don't need luggage so I tried their website and found the same exact jean on clearance for 13.49. GREAT. I put several pair in my cart BUT when I go to check out, suddenly each pair is 37.19?

I called. WOW. A truly STUPID person I got on the phone. Must have killed a half hour trying to explain this. She barely understood English, kept asking me for some number on the catalog, yellow box number? WTH is that? I said forget the catalog, on YOUR WEBSITE the jean is on clearance. She asks for an item number, well there is NO SUCH NUMBER TO BE FOUND. She looked it up by title and I guess found it, Told her my size at least ten times. Finally she comes back and it seems NOTHING in my size is available? NOT ONE COLOR? Out of 12 possible choices? Chocolate shows up on MY end as "Order soon only 4 left in stock." (See screenshot) Nope, she is not about to sell me ANY at 13.49. AND THAT MAKES THIS A FRAUD! I asked if I could talk to a manager and she tells me "I'm the only one here." I COULD HEAR people in the background asking for item numbers, sizes and so on. CLEARLY this dim wit is a liar.

Repeat customer here they are about to lose forever.

Oh one last thing. I found a complaint board supposedly connected with them. Wrote all this down, and they even have a "desired outcome" section. I said sell me the jeans at the price posted. OR lose me for good. But when I try to submit I get some lame thing to share on social media.
I DO NOT DO FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, OR TWITTER. And can't even submit unless I pick one. Then I look up where that board actually is? Latvia? Yea waste of time on that too.

Tip for consumers:
I've been a long time customer, still would be but this is just beyond irritating. Post a price, then don't make it possible to GET that price? What is the point? Total waste of time.

I should mention, their jeans have really dropped in quality over the years. Only reason I keep going there is because being big AND tall makes finding stuff that fits difficult and they always had good fitting stuff. Even if the material keeps getting thinner and the price keeps getting higher.

AND I NEVER BOUGHT THEM because the price jumped from their posted clearance to nearly DOUBLE that once in my cart.

So... I'm an older person, SEEING texts on my tiny iphone is becoming a pain. Answering one is worse since my fat thumb covers half the keys. I spend more time correcting letters I didn't hit than I do actually communicating. I don't do texts. And I am on auto pay with att specifically so I don't have to be bothered with it. But they will send me a text that my bal is low. THEN they send me a text saying they will withdraw the money, then they send me a text saying my bill is paid. WHY? I tried to call. Oh holy hell the voicemail menus and auto bots that cannot understand anything. Around and around... Until right then I'm so angry... I pitty the poor person who finally gets me. But after a long winded struggle I finally get connected to a human. DIRECTLY TO INDIA! Nice enough but very hard to understand through a thick accent. She assured me she would set texts to off for me, and a few other bits of instruction. I could reply with STOP. OR text back 7726 and that would stop it and I thought we were good. The very next morning, (And I'm a late sleeper, I stay up late, get up late. So 10 AM to me is more like 2 AM to most people.). But I get woken up to a text from ATT. A survey how was my support. I texted back STOP only to get another text saying that was not a valid option, I need to pick 1-5. Fine, I'll take the stupid survey and I gave a 1! There was a text box at the end to leave comments and mine was "the reason for my call was to get you to STOP TEXTING ME! Clearly getting this survey means the task was not done."

The following month? Guess what I got AGAIN. And AGAIN I called, danced through their hoops, sat on hold waiting for a human, listening to commercials FOR ATT no less. WHY do they do that? I'm already a customer so why play ATT commercials? They must really want people to just hang up. But I set the phone down and just waited. And sure enough, INDIA again. Again very nice person, I went through the whole thing, she did say the survey is automated and she can't stop that, but would stop all other texts. I said fine. THEN... she tried to sell me a bigger plan. I said can you look at the data I actually use? It's barely any. So she actually sold me a LOWER plan and saved me some money. I was happy. This time knowing a survey would come in the morning, which I just deleted. And thought I was good to go.

Yesterday I get a text from att AGAIN. This time some government program I might be eligible for... go to this site or that... blah blah. Again, I can barely SEE texts and sure as heck never use my phone to go to websites. So I tried replying with STOP. I tried with that number 7726. BOTH tries only brings me another text saying that mail box is not monitored I need to visit att... No way to block their texts, no way to mute them, so again I got on the voice mail from hell hoop jump. (You guessed it, connected to INDIA.) This poor girl listened, then said she must escalate this would I hold. Sure. FINALLY someone picks up who is NOT in INDIA. (Seems only the low level ranks are in INDIA, management needs to be somewhere that speaks English.). At least now I got an honest answer. They cannot stop texts, it's all automated. So I guess if I don't want to be bothered my only option is to shut the phone OFF. NOT my first choice.
She said she would certainly give my complaint to upper management. (I'm thinking the trash can.) I am ready at this point to switch. Just got off the phone with a wonderful person from T-mobile... unfortunately my little rural techno bubble here does not get good coverage from them. Straight talk already told me my phone is too old. Sprint... is now merged with T-mobile so no point in calling them, one in the same. Verizon we had back when we still had a landline and they were so horrible I will NEVER use them again... ever. And that's that. No choices but to put up with this BS.

My iphone 6 I was told will be good for only a few more years. When I am forced to upgrade, I WILL look into other companies again. Coverage might improve in a few years. So either ATT improves, or I make a move. Just a matter of when.

I just don't understand why a "TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY" cannot answer their own phone! Who ever thought voice mail and long lists of options was a good idea was a total moron. It is NOT. Bad business I don't care what business is using it. Hire a kid, or a senior or a student to just answer the phone. "Hi how may I direct your call." Then have a HUMAN with a real functioning BRAIN actually answer. How hard can that be?

I can say this much, t-mobile had chat, and they said if you would rather call, I said sure, she called right away, was as friendly as could be, looked up my area, showed ME how to find a map on their site, and sure enough, my tiny little town is in the one gray spot on the whole map. But again, few years down the road that will improve. ATT better get their act together by then or I'm out.

Tip for consumers:
I didn't use their site. I got my phone off ebay, and went to a local ATT store to get set up.

Ok, I signed onto this game around their second year in business. YEARS of playing. It was fun. Until... there is a building called the lab. It took a very LONG time to upgrade enough to make free feed. HOURS and HOURS to build up enough game cash for each upgrade, not to mention some of those upgrades take days to complete. Over the years this game added more and more competitive events. To be good at those, players opted to pack in as much production as possible, less space for deco which improves happiness and reduces cost to keep feeding/planting etc. The free feed you can make in the lab is hugely important for this type of play. Well without any warning they changed the lab. Added some other thing you can make now, don't care, but free feed? I'd have to upgrade the thing another SIXTEEN LEVELS just to get what I already worked so hard to have.

So their forum board has been exploding with complaints. At first the mods there said the team isn't happy with this either, leading everyone to believe they might undo this horrid change. But no. For over a month at least now, they have flat out been ignoring everyone. Players I've known for a long time lost all interest, some left the game for good. I have three big farms, run two teams, we all pretty much agreed to NOT participate in those intense competition type events anymore. Most players in my teams haven't even been checking in much since this change. I played every day, usually twice a day, but haven't even been checking in but every few weeks, mainly to see if they ever listened to people. Seems they have no plans to put back what they ruined. The fix could be so easy too. Put the lab back to what it was, create a new building to make new stuff. Easy right? Just say this was a mistake, sorry and fix it. Everyone I'm sure could live with that.

But I doubt anything will be put back. Old time players like me will just move on out, and newbies won't know what they missed.

Well one last word... this is not their first huge blunder. EVERY SINGLE NEW EVENT they have EVER rolled out comes packed with bugs, glitches, or just bad math. (costing more to make something then just selling the raw ingredients would earn is just stupid. Buy a 3 dollar calculator before releasing bone head stuff like this.)

So if you DO decide to try this, be warned. NEVER BLOW GOOD REAL MONEY on a game that clearly is only in it for their own greed. They can and will, usually without warning, up and change something regardless of how much time, or even real cash you put into upgrading what you had. I've seen them pull this stunt over and over.

Finally I'm done with this dumb game. Bait and switch, then ignore your players/customers? NO! Don't spend one red cent on this game and you won't be too disappointed when what ever you upgraded, how ever you spent days, weeks, months improving something, only to have them up and change things, well if it was free, all you lost was time. That's the way I look at it. It was fun while it lasted, but the thrill is gone.

Tip for consumers:
Trust me, do NOT spend hard earned money on this to buy "gold." They will up and change things and you WILL feel cheated. It's totally possible to play for free. Then when things turn sour, like they did for me, you won't fee so cheated.
