Imagine you need blackout curtains and have something in mind. It's a nightmare to keep your search on track. You can either just scroll for days through every single option you would never want or else the system will keep throwing you back to all kinds of mugs and cups and other products you can't use … it won't let you just STAY on blackout curtains and narrow searches within that. The artists are great, but the technology is too stunted to find what you need.

I got an email saying if I reviewed my last purchase I'd get an email with $30 off promo code, but such an email/code never came (I checked SPAM, trash, etc.).
