Well, let me talk about my bad bad experience with this company. I ordered a customised dress and paid in full amount 20 days ago. And I was just trying to talk to them 3 days ago as it's been almost 20 days, and I want to know how it went with the dress.
Unfortunately, there was only a few response, even though I tried my best to talk to them ( Facebook, Instagram, emails and phone calls) but nothing has been resolved. I am so mad that I don't think I can get my money back or get my dress by my wedding day.
I ordered it on 05/05/2021 expecting it would be arrived before 12/06/2021. At first, the customer service was so keen to respond before I paid. However, They stopped responding right after I paid. They are such scammers and rippers! I saw another review saying that he/she already filed a complaint against them. I don't know what to do … and who can shut them down…
All the positive reviews were in 2017-2018, so I highly doubt whether they are authentic or not. They didn't receive any positive reviews from last year, geese, I never encountered such a problem at all in AU!

Do not buy anything from them
