I received my book 3 wks after ordering.
It's perfect, I'm thrilled!
I had concerns but could not reach anyone until I called a number in the UK where their main office is.
Their email responses & US customer service phone number are automated.
I stressed as I read bad reviews, to say the least. Finally it arrived.
I can breath again regarding this matter and considering making more books.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure pictures are proper size for page so not to cut off heads etc…
Pictures must be clear and in focus.
Do check each page twice before ordering.
Rem to SAVE your work on their website incase you need to review.

My book was perfect, good quality, no mistakes on any page and in a beautiful gift keepsake box.
I recommend reviewing book twice before placing order. Only one photo is allowed & I prefer to use more pictures in the story. Their website could be better. Best of all, they do answer calls if you have questions. Better than most customer service.
