I placed an order, but did not receive any updates on shipping. The customer service gives you an arbitrary reply in terms of status, and if you ask more, the response is rude. I get it's like a discount craft website but that doesn't mean the service should be as cheap as the items.
Tip for consumers:
If you don't have a timeline, or any rush at all, feel free to order from this website. Their items are comparable to their competitors, and seem to have a better price point. It does come with a cost, very, poor and unresponsive customer service.
