Fiancé and I made a payment in full, The money was taken out of our checking account applied to the credit card and then they froze the credit card account. They also reported the balance not paid to the credit bureau's with account Current and in good standing. After numerous times of trying to contact someone in customer service to resolve this matter when I finally did get a hold of a representative they told me my account is going to be frozen until they receive a letter from the bank stating that the funds will be cleared mind you this is been over two weeks ago since the money has been taken out and cleared from my checking account.
