I placed an order from Bea wigs on January 4,2024, It would take a month to receive because I was told it was custom. I received the wig about 2 weeks ago, I complained about the texture immediately. The hair began to shed in clumps, I parted the top and there is a huge bald spot. I took pictures and notified Bea Hairs and was pretty much told I was lying, in spite of sending pictures. The rep actually said "I looked at it myself before shipping ". Looking at a wig will not determine if it sheds because if it did I would not have received what I did. This is not my first issue with this company about the quality of the wigs. I was told that this time it would be better, however, it's worse! I'm a cancer survivor and I wear wigs because of hair loss from chemo so it's a must for me. I don't need an extra bald spot on the custom wig I paid $300 for. I'm filing a dispute with my bank because Bea hair will not even entertain fixing the problem. Stay away!
