They are the worst inconsiderate company in the world the first time when I had them they gave my phone number away I was driving a cab I have lost hundreds of dollars and customers this time I lost my phone tried to make a claim I push on the wrong button and tried to call boost Mobile to get someone from another country couldn't hardly understand them after waiting on hold then I called the insurance company they hung up before I could say anything then I called back got disrespected no care no compassion they told me I had the wrong button they weren't going to help me I was on my own I tried calling again no help it was unbelievable someone else at the same company still no help I'm losing work I don't have my phone contacts I can't pay my car payment my insurance I can't get in. Y Google account my bank account I can't call my family its been two weeks I'm on my own can some one please help me

Let's see does boost Mobile care about me no why they idiots they perfect no mistakes I'm nobody that push on the wrong buttons making a claim and was told denied we don't it's your problem so if you have vision impaired problems that you denied on your own no help from boost and that feel the same don't care insurance company BrightStar it's sad playing games and don't care about their customers I can't call my family or friends pill bills nothing I'm in a emergency situation with no health and nobody cares great

I made a choice and I picked them due to losing my password I couldn't get in my account it has made my life hell I lost my phone couldn't pay my insurance they will not help me reinstate my insurance they left me alone with my problem with no care all compassion at all I have no help no hope
