“Overcharged for customs/tax..”

I order a lot from US to Germany and was never charged so highly for customs/tax, they overcharged me around 45 Euros with their fantasy estimate that was added on automatically at L. L. Bean check out... this should optional if you care to use Borderfree. I can't believe that a reputable company like Bean is using this system. Plus NOT updated
On shipment... bad for L. L. Bean's International customers/business.

They don't send the items you order... and they don't reply to your emails. Only use PayPal then u can get your money back!
