One of most comprehensive customer services I have ever experienced.
* The owner is extremely knowledgeable on what he sells
* Honest person, pleasure to work with
* Provides excellent communication and help
* Care packaging, quick shipping, immediate response... just name a few good things here.
* Goes beyond the business to help fulfill customer's order

Amazon.com offers a very consistent service with good senses. One of the top online retailer.
* Communication is great with multiple email follow-up and delivery notifications
* Invoice is detailed and clear to read.
* Customer services are very helpful and courteous.
* Amazon has a great return policy as I do not have to worry about the quality of my purchase.

Definitely one of worst online shopping experience. Make me feel like ordering from a crook.
* No confirmation email after online order. Not even sure if the order was placed afterwards.
* It took them more than 3 weeks to ship the order, another week for delivery.
* No date was shown on the attached invoice.
* Quality of shirts is much worse than expected, color mismatch.
* Had to return due to the low quality and wrong color. Was charged $10 for two-way shipping for such return.
* No refund notification after the return.
* No communication whatsoever!
* One of worst online shopping experience!
