I ordered a 5lb bag of highlander grogg. I noticed right away that it had a thick, high luster coating on it. This coating thoroughly plugged up my burr coffee grinder in just a few days. I could not get it unplugged. The coating is also incompatible with coffee filters. My Bunn coffee maker would overflow the basket even when ground to coarse settings. I called the company, she would have to have a manager call me back. That never happened. After a week or 2 I wrote a review for the coffee on their site, they never published my review. They are cherry picking reviews to make their products seem better. I now have 5lbs of coffee I can not use. I wish I would have listened to my intuition and not ordered here.
