“Gift card missing funds, and Customer Service ignores requests for help”

Purchased a $50 gift card for Steak & Shake, but the card I received only had $33.50 on it before I even spent anything. Customer service completely ignore me. Will not be using ever again until this gets fixed, and recommend everyone else avoid them.
