I was subscribed to their elite box subscription where you pay a $20 styling fee that gets credited towards your purchase of anything in the box. There wasn't anything in this last box that I particularly like but as to not have the styling fee go to waste I decided to keep a jogger and tank top set. The pants were too big so there's an option to exchange them which I do for a smaller size. During the check out it showed the joggers at full price but the styling fee was not credited. After contacting customer service I was told that the styling fee would not be applied since I did an "exchange". So in order to not lose the styling fee I would have had to have kept an item that doesn't even fit. Customer service didn't seem to care about this fact so I went ahead and canceled my membership.
