I am so fed up with this company! Besides the fact that you have to pay to fee to send money, pay a fee to msg, they charge you for a visit that drives you f*****g crazy! My husband can hardly ever hear me, resolution is terrible! I sent a complaint and it took 4 months to get a reply of oh sorry.
The emails can take days to get to him!
Why can't we get a choice of providers?
Customer service doesn't give a f**k and will hang up. This is ridiculousl!
