My parcel status was delivered to a unknown address with royal main, after numerous emails, they claimed to have "lost" my parcel. They then refused to give me the claim number for the "lost" items nor a refund. I never got my money back.
After reading more reviews I realised they do this a lot.
We understand the customers concern. The item was send recorded delivery via Royal Mail. An investigation was carried out which takes up to 28 working days to resolve. With in that time frame we understood the customers concerns and the customer was re-sent a brand new item and the item was kept. Therefore no refund was necessary.
