Ive been trying to get ahold of someone there since October 14. All i wanted to ask was a couple of questions about a particular item before i bought it. It is now November 2nd and still no answer back. I got tired of waiting so yesterday i just went elsewhere to make my purchase. I would not order from there because if there were any problems i cant see anyone getting back to resolve any problems. I can guarantee you ill have my package before i hear back from anyone at replicaairguns. I rate replicaairguns a zero because they were absolutely no help to me at all
