My last two purchases did not charge as PayPal pay in 4 like I selected at checkout. I even set it up on PayPal, but upon checkout, the full amount drafted. I contacted PayPal, and PayPal indicated this was the fault of the merchant. Please fix this issue

Boats.net does not offer the after pay system, that is only through PayPal, they would need to be contacted to have this rectified.
