Bought several items on their online website during Black Friday weekend. After waiting for more than 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, it came in a dirty and smashed packaged. The products inside got smashed and there were some black bits/dirt too. I sent pictures to their customer service email back and forth, and then I just had a call with them. I explained that this order was for Christmas gifts and there is no way I could give my nieces smashed boxes with dirt. Their response? Sorry not sorry, the items are "still usable" so no replacement for you. Heck no, this is probably the worst customer service I've ever received from any major big brands/retailers in the US. Nah, never buy benefits products from their website again. This experience left an awful impression that I may even stop using their products altogether.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER buy from their online website. If you still want to try Benefit products, buy from other trusted retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, etc. Benefit Customer Service is THE worst I've experienced.
