My shipment was hijacked and put on SmartPost, snail mail, and it was already due 3 days ago. I get nothing after 9 days of waiting for a promised FedEx Delivery! Then I call HF customer service and they will not cancel my order. And they say it has 10 more days after the transfer from FedEx to SmartPost which is not even USPS. If after the 10 days after the transfer I have not received then, HF gets to send me another one or give me a refund. That's way too long to wait for this small Drill Chuck for my HF lathe. They have the same part with the correct size Taper for the tailstock at Home Depot for $7 less. If they would have mailed it USPS it would have been here by now and cheaper! Its going to be a month of waiting and then the part might not fit?

They will not refund me after it is 9 days since shipping and only from NC to AL and it is stuck in GA somewhere, Ellenwood GA last location known, and no updates since they gave it over to SmartPost which is Snail Mail. And then they have another 10 days to get it to you or then in 10 days they will refund it or send anther one out. I purchased 10 days ago and have to wait another 10 days, that's 20 days from purchase date and they mailed on the the 5th the day after I purchased by FedEx.

You can only cancel your order before it is shipped. And then they took it off the FedEx truck in Ellenwood GA and gave it to SmartPost, snail mail for way over due delivery. It would have been faster and cheaper to send it USPS.
I received nude images with body fluid liquids on the girls mouth and genetals while posting images of my fossil rocks. I was attacked by a Venessa Johnston at the same time being abusive and harrassing with rude posts, live. Then, while I ignored the rude posts but reported the rude posts and continued my post, I got a message popup that said my account was suspended for 24 hours. Then it disapeared in 2 seconds and I don't know if it was real or hoax, because my account looked normal to me and still going. So, I deleted my account anyway because of this rudeness and hacking of my account...malicious and dirty popups, etc...Full Nudity with bodily fluids image popups, porn...07-14-23. My college dorm mates have also quit facebook for getting ripped off on advertising fees.
