No customer service what so ever available. Extremely limited return policy (72 hours after receipt, no exceptions). Charges extra fees of the customer without proper notice. Limits the amount you can offer for a product that will accept offers - it appears this is just to boost profits for Mercari. Under "contact" Mercari will only allow extremely specific, predetermined questions. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Tip for consumers:
Vendor I used was good, and would use them again with a different company but will never use Mercari again.

Products used:
purchased used product from a vendor on Mercuri. vendor was good, but Mercuri is NOT customer oriented and is unwilling to speak to a customer and will not allow customers to speak with vendors on their site. This site is ripe for scams and poor quality vendors. I was lucky to find a good vendor but will not take the chance again. Only even attempted the purchase because this is the only place I found this product for my disabled daughter without having to go through a medical supply company and paying hundreds of dollars or more for the same item.

HP does not allow you to contact a human. They want you to use their virtual assistant which will only answer the questions they want to answer. HP wants to control the customer and pad their profits. I own the printers. I paid for them. I did not lease a printer. I did not sign an agreement with HP saying that I would only use the printer in the way THEY insist I use it. HP's own virtual assistant says that alignment wastes ink. Yet HP will not allow me, the owner of the product and the person who has to purchase the ink, to turn off the automatic alignment "feature" that runs, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, every time I replace a printer cartridge. HP will give me NO ONE to discuss this with. HP has NO accessible HUMAN customer service. I will NOT recommend HP to ANYONE for ANY HP product. I will not purchase another HP product until they become CUSTOMER oriented.

VERY POOR COMPANY if you can think for yourself and want to make your own decisions about products you purchased and own.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE HP. THEY ARE PROFIT FIRST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

I have kept my discovery plus's so I could watch season 4 of expedition Bigfoot. As it has not shown up, I googled to see when it would. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON DISCOVERY PLUS. You must have a cable tv service or a different pay service but NOT DISCOVERY PLUS, even though travel channel is part of discovery. What a rip off. Good by discovery plus. I don't need to give you money for no services that are useful to me.
