They advertise they have the parts, you purchase them (yes they debit your card for the whole purchase) and then start sending you emails that items will be back ordered for months. When you request a credit for the items they can't provide, they get rude and nasty. Anna is seriously lacking in customer service skills. Take your business to SupplyHouse.com. They are wonderful and very on top of it.

Tip for consumers:
They confirmed they had the items, took my card and later said they didn't after charging my card. Go somewhere else.
