What a nightmare! Booked hotel near Disneyland for April 2 to 3rd, confirmation came dated April 9 to 10th! Charged $60.00 for their mistake, How did the dates get changed? After going online and seeing the complaints I saw how many people there were who's travel dates were changed by amoma.com for their travel. Amoma.com did say they would "refund all" however I had put a stop on my credit card so nothing could go through. Lesson learned Rebooked with booking.com no problems. Amoma.com has contacted me online, saying they "we are sorry for your trouble, please note we have refunded you your entire amount." I would be more impressed if they had ever answered their phone in the 45 minutes that I was on hold, or if any of the clicking buttons on their web site had actually worked. When I clicked need to change date button, it took me to a page that said, Oh, you need to change your password? Really? BTW Amoma, refunds go through right away, there is no need for a 3 to 5 day wait for a refund.
