Do not rely on the preview when you order a personalized Tervis. My preview clearly showed the 2 dogs and a cat, even the white bodies. I would expect it to maybe not show the white as solid and have some see through areas, but not to just show a head with no body on one of the dogs (the white part on the other dog showed up great). I spoke to a customer service representative. She was not very friendly and blamed it on my upload. If she were to have been apologetic, saying she was sorry, but that white is really hard to do, I would have understood, but she just kept saying that it was my fault and my upload and that there was probably some white where the body should be on the cup, but she thought I just can't see it with the clear shiny cup. I can assure you that is not the case, as shown in the photos. She did say that if I'm not happy with the cup, she can do a one time favor and let me return it. I think that if it can't be redone with a better outcome, I should have at least been offered a discount due to the fact that the cup didn't show up the same way as the preview. I have always been a big Tervis fan, having many cups myself and also buying them as gifts. The representative I spoke with really changed my opinion of Tervis, so I am going to have to think hard before purchasing another one. Also, I've sent two emails to customer service with no response. I've always heard that Tervis has great customer service, but in my experience this is not true.
