I reviewed all my appliances with model numbers. I was told they would repair or replace with comparable models. They not only replace with the bottom of the line model but do not pay for installation. OUTLINED SOMEWHERE IN SMALL PRINT! Customer service was horrible and they even hung up on me.

Tip for consumers:
Do not believe what is sold to you by the sales person!....read the small print

Products used:
The policy paid 400 for my 1000 microwave and offered 400 for my 900 water heater!...AND did not cover installation.
