My wife were looking for a home in the Cleveland area... so we needed some nice ones for a cheaper price... Seizedluxuryhomes.com provided us with an awesome database full of auctioneers and where they auction great homes for a low price... We went twice and on the 2nd time, our bids came out right and we got ourselves a beautiful house for like $50k less that it used to cost... Loving it!
