I ordered two bags to make my decision in person and send one back for a refund. After all the website allows returns. Both bags were received and are actually decent quality and as advertised. I simply liked one better than the other. When I went to get return authorization, they never responded to my emails. So I boxed it up and sent it back with a note. Just got the box back today saying return to sender. Seriously?! Who are these people and how can you conduct business this way? Saying you allow returns and then offering no way to do so is misleading.
